How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

We handle the build and onboarding, then you have everything you need to run your own marketing or layer on our managed add-ons.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. We handle the full setup during onboarding — your website, CRM, automations, and integrations. The platform is designed for contractors, not tech people. And your dedicated account manager is always available if you need help.
How long does it take to get started?
Most clients are fully live within 2-3 weeks. Our white-glove onboarding team handles the website build, CRM setup, automation configuration, and training. You don't need to do any of the technical work.

What if I already have a website?
We build you a new conversion-focused, SEO-optimized website as part of the foundation. Your old site content can be migrated. The new site is specifically designed to capture leads and rank in local search.
Can I customize my website?
Your website is built to match your brand — your colors, logo, photos, and service areas. The structure follows proven conversion patterns. Additional page additions require client-provided content.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Website hosting is included in your monthly plan at no extra cost. We handle the hosting, security, and maintenance so you can focus on running your business.
Will my website rank on Google?
Your website is built with SEO best practices — proper structure, meta tags, schema markup, fast load times, and mobile optimization. For active, ongoing SEO campaigns, our Managed Local Authority SEO add-on provides professional strategy and execution.

Does the system replace my staff?

Pricing & Billing
What is included in the $599/month plan?
The foundation includes your SEO-optimized website, lead management system, reputation management, social media tools, email marketing tools, and $50/month in CRM usage credits. Setup is a one-time $2,500 fee.
What does the $2,500 setup fee cover?
Your full white-glove onboarding: website design and build, CRM configuration, automation setup, integrations, and training. We handle everything so you launch ready to go.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly rate is $599/mo and includes $50/mo in CRM usage credits. If your usage exceeds that, overages are billed directly to your card at cost. That's it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You own your data and can export it anytime. We don't believe in lock-in tactics.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. We earn your business every month. The setup fee covers your initial build — after that it's month-to-month.
Do I need all the add-ons?
No. The foundation plan is complete on its own. Add-ons are optional upgrades you can turn on when your business is ready to scale.

What are the add-ons?
As your business grows, you can add Managed Local Authority SEO ($1,099/mo), a Client Reactivation Engine ($749/mo), AI Employee assistants ($500/mo), and a Visitor Identity system ($499/mo). Every add-on is optional and designed to layer on top of your foundation.
How does reputation management work?
The system sends automated review requests to your customers after each job, monitors your reviews across platforms like Google, and centralizes everything in one dashboard. You control all conversations and responses.
What social media tools are included?
You get a social media planner, scheduler, comment monitoring, performance stats, and content templates — all from one dashboard. Plan, schedule, and track your social presence without needing a separate tool.
What is the AI Employee add-on?
AI-powered assistants that support communication, scheduling, and content generation. This includes voice AI agents for inbound calls, website chat AI, automated scheduling, and an AI content generator for social and email. It assists your team but does not replace staff.
What is the Visitor Identity system?
It uncovers potential opportunities from anonymous website visitors (up to 250/mo) and nurtures them with automated email campaigns. Not every visitor can be identified, and follow-up is email only — no SMS included.

Do I own my data?
Yes. You retain full ownership of all customer data, with export access anytime. There are no lock-in tactics. Your data is your data — period.
